  • Students studying at any of the commonwealth campuses that do not offer Comm 160, COMM 100, Comm 110, 3 credits of Comm 118, Comm 150, Comm 205, Comm 320, Comm 381, or Comm 452 will take these courses at University Park.  Comm 160, 100, 110, and 3 credits of 118 to 452 selection will be taken the 5th semester.  Comm 304, Comm 410 or 419, and 3 option credits will be taken the 6th semester.  Comm 413w, Comm 405, and 3 option credits will be taken the 7th semester.  Comm 411, Comm 410 or 419, and 3 option credits will be taken the 8th semester.  Three credits of a non-communications elective will be taken 2nd semester.  Three credits of a non-communications elective will be taken the 3rd semester.  Three credits of a Natural Science (GN) will be taken the 4th semester.
  • Students who do not take the Optional Comm 160 course should replace this course with a 1 credit elective.

Effective Fall 2012, all incoming Schreyer Honors College freshmen at University Park will take ENGL/CAS 137H in the fall semester and ENGL/CAS 138T in the spring semester.  These courses carry GWS designation and replace both ENGL 030 and CAS 100.
